Shipping and Returns

What Shipping Options are Available:

Shipping options vary depending on type and quantity of merchandise you choose to buy and your shipping address.

To calculate shipping costs, add the desired items to your cart, then click shipping estimate. You will then be asked for your Country (and state).

Shipping options and costs are displayed in the check out stage before you buy unless there is a problem with your postal code; please email for correct estimate.

We will continually review our shipping options to bring you the best service possible.

Customs Duties and Taxes:

Import duties and or taxes may be imposed by your local government from shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from Taibreamh charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict.

Shipping Arrangements:

Express Courier takes (Aus. Domestic) takes 4 to 5 business days depending on product availability.

Airmail usually takes up to 7 to 14 days depending on product availability. An additional 1 to 2 weeks will be required if not in stock.

We do not use domestic surface Mail, with international surface mail (if any) delivery times varying depending on the country.

Special orders or non-stock items may take longer. During holidays or before Christmas, delivery may take longer as we order directly from Ireland and Germany.

If buying our jewellery for gifts, please allow plenty of time for your orders so you don't disappoint your loved ones.

Far East and New Zealand: Airmail usually takes 14 - 21 days depending on availability.

U.S., Canada, Europe, UK and any other addresses, we recommend FedEx for liability and where on time, estimated delivery is approximately one week depending on the country.

We can not take responsibility for items that are not registered or tracked post, leading to lost or stolen goods. So if a customer wants an item sent by standard/regular post, Taibreamh Celtic Jewellery will not will not be responsible, as there is no tracking service.

Goods will normally be despatched within 48 hours of the date we receive the order.

Returns:

We have strict quality control guidelines. We take every precaution to ensure that we only dispatch well packaged undamaged goods.

We will not be liable for damaged goods through delivery mishandling including inspection by customs or other transit tampering.

Please email if this occurs with details of damage including packaging condition, possible reasons for occurrence and deliver’s details within 24 hours of receipt.

If not satisfied with unopened item (i.e., not removed from gift box) please return within 7 working days of delivery.

If it has been worn, altered, polished or engraved it cannot be replaced. Regulations in Australia prohibit the reselling of used items. Once returned item has been examined and deemed satisfactory, refund will occur within 14 working days.
